All jewelry is described and photographed as accurately as possible
Photos are not contractual and slight variations may occur
We reserve the right to modify products without notice
Product availability is indicated on each product page

3. PRICING

Prices are in euros (EUR) including French VAT
Prices may change at any time but are guaranteed at order confirmation
Shipping costs are displayed before final checkout
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment

Ownership and risk transfer upon delivery

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with French Consumer Code:

14-day withdrawal period from receipt
Items must be unworn in original condition and packaging
Personalized or custom jewelry excluded from withdrawal right
Return shipping at your expense unless item is defective
Refund processed within 14 days of receiving return
7. WARRANTY

Legal warranty of conformity (2 years)
Warranty against hidden defects
Manufacturer's warranty against defects (1 year)
Normal wear, misuse damage, or alterations void warranty
